Zmluvy sú uzavreté ako výsledok verejného obstarávania, zverejnené v súlade s Príručkou pre prijímateľa a projektového partnera v rámci programu Zmierňovanie a prispôsobovanie sa zmene klímy (SK-Klíma), Finančný mechanizmus EHP a Nórsky finančný mechanizmus 2014 – 2021.
